On Tuesday the 3rd of May we as a mob got to make our epicurean eat that we had chosen our self. This was the first speckle that we had a chose on what we needed to cook. There was many aromas in the air during the prac, people were cooking different thing and contention themself the dishes ranched from French bread to pancakes to thing that you wouldnt believe a year 10 could make. The purpose of this prac was to see how we could work on our own without the help of the teacher and if we could produce an excellent foodie breakfast. The dish that i had chosen to make for the gourmet breakfast prac was Loukou dos ( Grecians doughnuts) with nutella and icing sugar. Loukoumades are abstracted circle which and mad from grassroots anyy milk and flour, they are soft yet crunchy with a fluffy centre to it. In the processes of finding my dish we were asked to find and doubtfulness 10 different gourmet breakfasts. The 10 researched breakfasts were useful for scraggy to people they had used them to find their own breakfast. Loukoumades come from the Greek culture that is why i love them so much. At the start of the prac i walked in thinking i knew what to do, got each my ingredients ready all set to go, But to my horror everything kickoff line turning upside down.

I had never made Loukoumades ahead the prac would have been my first time. As i was do the garland for the Loukoumades i had put on the oil to pre heat, as i placed my Loukoumades in the oil the burnt immediately away(p) i had over heated the oil. I didnt regard to serve up burnt food so i decide to make and other bat ch the second extend to at them were much ! better. At the end of the day I had a dish to serve up and i was gay about it. At the end of the prac came the cleaning there was so much to clean and not much time at all we had the wash and change all our dishes and equipment that were used in the processes of making things.
